By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Linoy Boutique, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

FURTHERMORE, LINOY BOUTIQUE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
RETURN POLICY
If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us for assistance. Please note that our candles are crafted to order, and as such, returns are not accepted. If you wish to cancel your candle order, you may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. It's important to be aware that Linoy Boutique reserves the right to decline cancellation requests.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@linoyboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
