Shipping Policy

• We ship with "NO Signature Required."

• You only need to sign for packages in certain areas or when required by the sender. If you prefer the "Signature Required" option, please let us know.

• If you want to be contacted by the post office / UPS for delivery scheduling, provide us with your PHONE number.

Delivery: 

• USA: 1-3 business days

• Canada: 2-3 business days

• In rare cases (delivery to areas beyond UPS extended zones - extended, remote, less accessible for deliveries), we reserve the right to change the shipping method from UPS to FedEx. Delivery may take 7-10 business days in that case.

 

Please note, most post services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO destinations. If applicable, choose an upgrade or send us an email.

If an item isn't received due to an incorrect address, you're responsible for re-shipping costs. Refused or unclaimed packages are destroyed by the delivery company after a certain time and are not eligible for a refund.

 

We always provide tracking numbers. Keep track of your delivery day. If the status shows 'delivered,' but you can't locate your package, check all possible locations, including back doors, porches, patios, and garages. Please check with family, roommates, and neighbors. If the package is still not found, inform us, and we'll request the delivery company to initiate an official investigation.

Keep in mind that package theft is not covered by shipping insurance. Once the delivery company confirms the correct GPS coordinates for delivery, you'll need to file a stolen property claim with your local police department.
