Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Please note that our handmade goods are crafted to order, and as such, returns are not accepted. If you wish to cancel your candle order, you may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. It's important to be aware that Linoy Boutique reserves the right to decline cancellation requests.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at contact@linoyboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided in our response email. 

After receiving your return item and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
